American politics

I’ve been interested in American politics since I’ve started to read about them. That's a few years now. Before I go any further let me point out that I don’t believe everything that is reported or on the internet unless there is a video of the person doing what is reported. If for some reason or other there are no videos on what is being reported I will surf the different sites to see if the same thing or something similar is being reported elsewhere just to see if there could be some truth to what is reported.

These days you can’t believe everything that is reported. By checking the different sites like I do I can find out if what is reported is not the imagination or perhaps too much embellishment of a reporter just to make his/her reporting more attractive to the reader.

I have all the time in the world to read, as I’m retired with nothing else to do. I surf the internet and being interested in American politics, I keep on checking this blogger at Nonsensible Shoes. This blogger seems to have a good knowledge of American politics and that’s why I read it every day. The reason I have taken interest in American politics is because here in Canada politics are drab and in the USA it seems to be a madhouse. There are contradictions to everything that a person says whether it be from a politician or just a plain ordinary citizen. It all seems to be a war of words from what I can deduct.

To my concern that is the site that should be checked if you want to know about politics in the USA, because on that site what you read is what it is and no bull. Now this blogger to me it seems that this blogger would be an ex-politician from the USA or a person from Canada but reading and listening to every bit of news that he can find.

American politics (part 2)

The last election the citizens voted for Republicans. I guess they thought they would be better represented by them. So far there has only been talk and talk but it doesn’t seem to bring on any action. The talk about impeachment of this supposed to be leader has quieted down. Did they leave their balls at the door when they were elected? That’s what it looks like to me. By the time this supposed to be leaders term is over any little nation will be able to take over without too many problems. The way Obama has whittled down the military has seen to that. Was that his intention in the first place? Is he working to turn the nation into a third world country? If so, he’s doing a good job at it.

I can only make my comments based on what is reported on the internet and the news videos that I watch, but I also go to different sites to check on the reports on something similar before I can comment, and if they are sort of similar then I comment.

American politics (part 1)

I used to write rants about what people do when walking down the street being oblivious to other people around them. I would say some were really funny and hilarious but there were who some did not appear to be civilized enough to be mixed up with the balance of society. Some I would say, had problems mentally and the things that they would do were laughable but at the same time not funny at all, considering that they were not responsible in a sense because of their sickness. So I decided to get interested in American politics.

I started taking interest in American politics because of all the things that were going on. Getting interested in their politics was the worst thing that as far as I’m concerned. It might have been good at one time and might have been worth continuing if only the citizens hadn’t been conned into voting for a con artist. By the looks of Obama's actions, he has no interest in governing the nation other than to discredit it and to whittle it down to nothing but a defenseless nation. The way this so called leader who is supposed to be a leader of the nation is acting and talking about vetoing a bill before it even gets to his desk, is  the way that a dictator would act.

Discouraged.

I thought that if I got interested in the politics of the USA that it would be more interesting than the politics here in Canada. After two years of following the politics of the USA, I am discouraged at what I've discovered from reading the news. It seems that the Democrats and Republicans are more interested in trying to promote their own party then both parties coming together and having discussions and forging agreements for the welfare of the country. I fail to see how these two parties can’t seem to co-operate together considering the trouble the country is in at this time. 

To me it appears like each member is so scared of not being elected in the next election that they are willing to sacrifice the hope of coming to an agreement on anything that would benefit the country. I know that it’s the same all over the world as politicians are concerned about their own welfare but the USA is not like other countries.

That country was more or less the police of the world, but now it has become as meek as a lamb or a wolf that growls but has no teeth. Because…no I’ll just leave it like that for now.

That’s my beef of today.

American politics.

I never used to read about American politics too much because I wasn't interested. I started to try to be more interested in there politics because a friend of mine. Even though he is a Canadian he's interested in American politics.  He also told me he was interested in becoming an American citizen. I would advise my friend not to jump to conclusions about that at this time.  I'd  recommend he wait until the Americans elect someone that can actually lead the country and someone who tells the truth about things when something serious happens.  They need someone in charge who is not scared of taking action against anyone in the administration that would break the rules of whatever dept. they were employed at or in charge of running.

The USA also needs someone that can use diplomacy and still know when takes action once diplomacy has failed to achieve a solution.  This morning I didn’t have anything to do - as usual - so I decided to check out another blog. I read this blog often because it’s all about politics and what he writes, he gives the reason and proof of what he has written.  From what I read on that blog this morning about all the scandals that have happened (and more are being disclosed) I would say the only ones that would profit by the way things are going, are the terrorists.  The plow called diplomacy has passed and cleared the way.

Oh another thing I almost forgot to mention. Those little insect drones that are flying around everywhere concern me.  You'd  better make sure that you have curtains in your windows as you wouldn’t want the little insects to see what kind of  pajamas or housecoat that you wear or to whom you are making love. The way I see it the Mafia is more organized then the American way of organizing a government at this time.  I’m just saying this because anyone that steps out of line with the Mafia, they are gone and there are no two ways about it. As for diplomacy it has no place in this organization. Now mind you I’m only writing about the news that I read and about what some bloggers write especially when everything is written in detail.
