Trump

It seems a lot of people are trying to discourage Donald Trump from staying on to get the official nomination, even though he'd won enough delegates to earn it. Well I hope he stays on and gets elected. I think a lot of them that want him to quit are doing so because they know that he will clean up the garbage (in other words the corruption) that is going on now. He might appear to be a dictator at the start because of doing a good clean up, but I don’t think he would keep on going as dictator after the cleanup. I’m no different than anyone else - it wouldn’t bother me if it affected some of the so called Libs here as they seem to be in the same category as the liberals in the USA; they vote without knowing what is going on in the country. It's just like the Democrats in the USA. Here we now have a Muslim as a premier which is not what the people would have wanted but we were told too late as the election was over. To me I don’t care but I would only care if they tried to bring in that Sharia Law. I wouldn’t go for that kind of law as we have our own laws and they are the ones to be obeyed and not that evil law.

I know some of those immigrants will try and change things because they will use their excuse of it being offending and I say tough on that. You are here in this country and you will have to adhere to our ways of living and also obey our laws. If that is not satisfactory then all you have to do is get the hell out and go back to whatever hole you came out. Yes you are allowed to voice your opinion like anyone else as long as it’s reasonable with respect to our laws.

President of France deals with immigrants

By doing his duties as a president to save his citizens and protect the security of the nation, the president of France decided to do something in regards to the immigrants in his nation. That is something that the citizens of the USA don’t get with the president that they have now. The president of France proves beyond a doubt that those immigrants can’t be trusted. Individually there may be good ones in there, but all it takes is one terrorist to make it unsafe. 

At the same time, he also confirmed what Mr. Trump has stated in regards to immigrants; that they can’t be trusted. 

It makes me wonder

I wonder if we have any politicians left, who are interested in the welfare of citizens. Don’t they realize where their pay comes from? Don’t they realize that there is no Santa Claus? Don’t they realize that they were voted in to manage this country and not to give it to every scruff whom would want to immigrate here but doesn’t want to adhere to our laws and show some kind of gratitude for being accepted in this country?

Some immigrants are busy complaining about some parts of the Bible they would want out because it offends them. I would say that there are a lot in the Quran that should be changed because it offends us in this country and no one can deny what I’m talking about. For example, its okay to lie to deceive an infidel or to kill the infidels. I have a Quran and I’m reading it out of curiosity. I didn’t want to throw it away because after all it is a religious book and should be treated as such, even though I don’t agree with a lot that’s in it. Someone had it and put it in a plastic bag and lost it a couple of winters ago. I picked up the bag and once I had seen what was in it, I brought it home and I’ve had it ever since. I don’t know what to do with it. But like I said I’m not going to throw it away because it’s a religious book. Anyone reading this and is interested in having it come and get it or I should say leave a comment with contact information as I look at them every day.

You ARE Banished!!!

Banishing citizens. Stephen Harper. We finally have a Prime Minister in Canada that has the guts to banish the unwanted citizens from this country. Citizens that can’t be trusted in this country and weren't born here should be banished. Deported.

Finally someone has the guts to take such action. Someone is trying to undo the damage that former Prime Minister P. E. Trudeau did while he was prime minister of this country. This country was actually given away by him with his pusing of multiculturism.

Now we have his son in politics and is now the leader of the Liberal party. Now he’s vying to be the next Prime Minister. This Mr. Justin Trudeau made some speeches when he came onto the political scene and in some of those speeches it showed that he is a separatist at heart and would like the province of Québec to separate from the rest of Canada and become its own nation. Mrs. Marois former premier of Québec by trying to do this was finally voted down and she even lost her own riding.

Let this be a lesson for the Liberal party. We don’t need another person such as Mrs. Marois to try and separate and make this province unilingual. Trudeau secretly harbours that ambition.

We don’t need a Prime minister that would try and break up the country and start all the hassles and make more enemies with the balance of Canadians like she did. Having Mr.Trudeau be elected as Prime Minister, I am sure would be the downfall of the Liberal party. But perhaps too the country. I will not say it’s because of his age like I’ve heard quite a bit but simply because He doesn’t seem to have the experience and I don’t believe that he has been in politics long enough to learn everything there is in leading a country. Justin Trudeau should be banished.

The groups of Jihadists.

The group ISIS must be happy to hear that no troops would be put on the ground to combat them. Only bombings are a concern. Of course they can keep away from that by not having meetings in the open and sheltering among civilian populations. With troops on the ground, it would be like guerrilla warfare in Iraq and Syria. From what I've read, these people will hire anyone, in which case most of them would not have been well trained in that kind of warfare.

I agree. Send soldiers instead.

The Americans have already shown that they can fight this kind of war. If the American soldiers were put on the ground I believe ISIS would become a Jihadist group of the past. So that would be my solution. Go in heavy and wipe them out.

I would also suggest that any sympathizers of ISIS that are known they should be picked up and locked up for life. The country they originated from should not matter as to the apprehension of those sympathizers. That's true even if they are from the Western world. The USA and Canada should deport all sympathizers of any Jihadist groups.

Some people might think I’m a war monger but I’m really not. What I can’t see are people wanting to immigrate to a different country because they are not happy with the country they come from. And yet, they expect the country that they chose to live in change the laws for them to reflect what they just left. I say if they are not happy with the way things are in the country that they chose, there’s nothing stopping them from going back to whichever country they came from.

Call center rant

This is Canada and in this country there are two official languages: English and French. My beef is with some of these big businesses, that have people in their call centers that answer the telephones who are not fluent enough in either language to be in that position.

I know a lot of these businesses hire immigrants and I have nothing against that.  They need jobs too.  It’s just that when you have to call a company to deal with something or get a new product or service, your interaction with the company is the person at the other end of the call. If that person that answers the telephone can’t understand what you are calling about, or can’t give you an answer that you can understand because of the communication then it complicates things. 

 Here is what I mean. This was either on Friday or Saturday of last week. The telephone started ringing so I answered it.  When I did, the person started talking, but all I could make out it was a person from Bell Canada asking me to accept a long distance call.  Unfortunately, she could not tell me where the call was from, or pronounce the name of the person who was calling. I just hung up on her. I know it’s not too polite to do that, but I figured that it would not hurt her feelings so much as me getting mad at her and giving her hell for doing the work that she was not prepared (language wise), to do.

I don’t blame that person for that, her abilities are her own.  But the person that hired her and put her in that position is responsible for getting the most out of the position. Perhaps Bell does not care whether people understand their phone operators.  That is a bad business model, but it is also their choice.  As it was my choice not to take the long distance call, and deny Bell the money from that call.  

Most immigrants are hard workers and for them to be put in that kind of position shows a disregard for those people’s feelings, because the one responsible for putting that person in that position, must have known darn well the problems that this person would encounter from the customers, especially a customer of a telephone company.

Just remember people, if you call a business and an immigrant answers and has problems explaining or understanding you, it’s not their fault. These people are working at whatever they can get and are doing their best to do the job that they have been given.

That’s my beef for today.

Congolese

There are people who immigrated to Canada because they were not happy in their country. So then what do some of them do? They start demonstrating here about something that has nothing to do with this country but about the elections in their 'former' country.

First of all, did they obtain a permit to demonstrate? And if so, does that permit some of them to show their middle finger to other people going to work?  And did the OTC (Ottawa Transit) have to reroute their schedules because of them?

The result was that an old woman had to wait 40 minutes in the cold for a bus to show up on Rideau St., where her bus stop was.

Throwing stuff at the police, and injuring a couple of them was also a result.  So was tying up traffic, costing tax payers money for something that wasn’t our business. So was taking police away from their regular work, tying up buses and ambulance, and interfering with people going to work. After the city has figured out how much it cost in more police security plus tying up ambulances the amount should be split and each demonstrator pay for the cost of it. 

These people left their country because they were not happy.  So why come to this peaceful country and start something that we have nothing to do with (i.e. that country's election). 

If you are so worried about it, why didn't you stay there and demonstrate there? It is people like yourselves that causes discrimination against other immigrants. If you feel that your not going to be happy living here then by all means go back home and demonstrate your heart out.

This government even changes some laws to accommodate some immigrants and I don’t know why because this, is Canada and we have our own laws and there are no reasons that some laws should be changed. That's true weather it be in regards to religion or carrying weapons of any kind.

I wished Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all immigrants. This is what we celebrate because it is our tradition We don’t try to convert you so leave our traditions alone.

Tougher Laws

When Prime Minister Mr. Harper was running to get re-elected in the last election he stated that he would bring in tougher laws for criminals. That is fine, but with tougher laws it means more people in jail and more jails would be needed. As it is now to my understanding, the jails are now overflowing and to build jails is costly. But I have a good solution on where to get the money to build them and there would not be any reason to raise taxes to cover the cost.

The first thing I would do is do away with the CBC. Privatize it and then billions would be saved just by doing that. I find CBC useless, boring and a drain on taxpayers' money.

Second, any adult that immigrates to this country and break the law (and it's considered a federal crime) and are found guilty without a doubt, should be deported right away with no chance of coming back. And there should be no appeal - this would also apply to any teens that came here with their parents. But when it comes to a provincial crime, then every one is equal. No jail time would apply for breaking a provincial law but give them double probation and make them pay the court costs if they are found guilty.

I know some will say 'yes but new laws would have to be written'. I say fine and at the same time, the old laws that were not brought up to date could be revise and bring them up to this century..

That’s my rant of the day - tougher laws and ways to save tax payers money.

Immigrants

When I hear  people,  say "oh, we can’t get a job because the immigrants take them". That is because they will work at jobs that a Canadian will not work at and will say it doesn't pay enough. The Immigrant will come along and take the job and be happy to get the wages from it. And they'll stretch the money out as far as they can.  Even though he or she is working at minimum wages they will live better on that than a Canadian would on the same wage.
